(WHAS11) -- Three people are alive today because of one man's generous gift - kidneys, a liver and a heart donated after Jon Patrick Lyons died.
He was known as Jon P or Patrick and he was a dare devil from birth. He died after a motorcycle crash and some of his organs were donated. Larry Hancock got Patrick's heart.
It was really more than a meeting - it was reunion. A group people became a family because of organ donations. Now, for the first time, Lyons’ family met the man who received Jon Patrick's heart.
