LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer is challenging residents to come up with a plan for vacant lots across the city.

Fischer said the "Lots of Possibility" competition is looking for the most creative ideas as the city works to implement policies to reduce the number of abandoned properties across the city.

There is prize money up for grabs - $38,000 to be exact.

Entries are due by February 24 and winners will be selected by a jury and announced in April.
