MADISON, Ind. (WHAS11) -- The riverfront will be rocking again this month for the 11th annual Madison Ribberfest Barbeque and Blues festival.
The two day festival set along the Ohio River in Madison, Indiana will feature regional and national blues bands as well as barbeque from around the country on August 17 and August 18.
Live blues music will start on Friday evening and will run all day on Saturday. This year's headliners are national recording artists Nick Moss and Robert Cray.
Festival-goers will also have the chance to sample barbeque from 60 professional teams competing in the Indiana State Championship Barbeque Cook-Off. The festival will also feature a Backyard Blast cooking competition and Kid's Q for the little ones.
Two day wristbands are $20 or Saturday’s gate price is also $20. Gates will open at 5 p.m. on Friday, August 17 and 11a.m. on Saturday, August 18. Children 12 and under are free with a paid adult.
