Downs after Dark
Downs after Dark is coming back to Churchill Downs on June 14.
The theme for the first event will be the white party. Attendees are encouraged to dress in white.
There is a new terrace lounge and many other options for racing under the lights.
Smokin' on the River: Barbeque, Blues and Brew Festival
The 6th annual Smokin' on the River Festival kicked off June 13, and it's the biggest event in Jeffersonville since the pedestrian bridge opened just before Memorial Day.
Watch professional BBQ teams vie for the championship trophy in the cook-off.
The festival runs through June 14, and features live music, good brews and, of course, delicious food. It's located at the corner of Spring Street and Riverside Drive.
Evan Williams Bourbon Experience Tours
The Evan Williams Bourbon Experience on Whiskey Row downtown is celebrating Father's Day with complementary tours and specialty labeled bottles.
Tours start June 14 at 10 a.m. and run until 7 p.m., then again June 15 from 1 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
