Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - Here's what's happening in Louisville!

 

Free Kid's Festival

The KFC Yum! Center in collaboration with the Lousville Downtown Partnership is hosting a kid's festival today. The event is free and will feature face painting, pop-a-shot, and mini-golf, as well as other family and kid friendly activites.   

There will also be local food trucks on hand.

Jugglers, puppeteers, stilt walkers and a trapeze act will take over Norton Healthcare Plaza outside the Yum! Center from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. August 3.

 

Peyton Siva at Valhalla

The former University of Louisville Cardinal wil be at Valhalla from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. today signing autographs.

In addition to Siva, there will also be exclusive access to the greens, pro shops and more.

The entire event, including Siva's meet-and-greet, is free.
 

Street Rods in town

Today is the final day of the National Street Rod Association's car show.

The show on August 3 opens at 8 a.m. and runs until 3 p.m. at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

Admission is $15 for adults, $6 for children ages 6-12 and children under 6 are free.

There is a $2 discount available for military, seniors (60 and over), Kroger Card holders and UPS Employees. One discount per ticket and ID is required.
