LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)—One local business is raising money for the WHAS Crusade for Children in a unique way.

Greenway Shredding and Recycling, located on Watterson Trail, is allowing people to bring documents they need shredded, but it will be free, if the patron makes a donation to the Crusade.

Greenway’s owner said the service usually cost 75 cents to two dollars per pound, but he and the employees wanted to shred for free to give back to the community.

The 61st WHAS Crusade for Children will be held June 7 & 8.
