LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- It was an early Christmas for about 300 Kosair children and their families on Sunday.
Kosair Charities held their annual children's holiday party Sunday afternoon at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
The children got a chance to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus who came bearing gifts.
The party is a chance for children with special needs to forget their troubles and just be kids for a while.
