LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) - The KFC Yum! Center has a new general manager. Dennis Petrullo, from AEG Facilities, will oversee the arena.
AEG has entered into a ten-year management agreement with the Louisville Arena Authority. The company has been a partner in the center since it opened in 2010 and manages places like the Staple Center in Los Angeles.
The arena's first general manager, Ted Nicholson, was suddenly fired by Fair Board President Harold Workman in February. He has since filed a whistle-blower lawsuit against Workman and the fair board.
