(WHAS11) The first concert at the KFC Yum! Center took place on Saturday, as the Eagles performed in front of over 15,000 fans. It was the hottest ticket in town.
Once inside, fans were quick to express their loyalty to the concert headliner, the Eagles. People were also excited to get their hands on merchandise commemorating this first event at the new arena.
With many downtown restaurants having two hour wait times for a table, one family we talked to was lucky to get a prime spot before heading in to the show.
What about concerns over traffic? People we talked to said the commute was problem free.
