Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11)- The Jefferson County Public School student assignment plan is once again in the spotlight Monday night at the school board meeting.
Officials have said if changes will be made, then a new plan would need to be presented for discussion and the board would need to vote on it by mid-December.
The board is looking at expanding its clusters for elementary schools from six to 13 to give parents more choices.
It was a recommendation from a paid consultant brought in to look at the plan.
Monday night's meeting is at 7 p.m.
