LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) - - Jefferson County Public Schools will begin mailing the applications for free and reduced price school meals to all student households Monday.
Eligibility is determined by household size and income.
A new application must be completed each school year. Once approved, meal benefits are good for the whole year.
Applications will also be available at each Jefferson County Public School.
They can be submitted at any time during the year.
