Interview: Seviche's Dinner and a Movie - 'A Christmas Story'

 LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Nov. 28, 2012) – Chef Anthony Lamas will continue Seviche’s popular Dinner and Movie series on Wed., Dec. 1, with the film A Christmas Story.

The feature will be shown on an screen in the private dining room while a five-course dinner inspired by the movie is served. Showtime is 6:30 p.m., and the price is $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Seating is very limited, so guests are asked to make reservations in advance by calling (502) 473-8560. Payment is required when the reservation is made.

A Christmas Story Dinner and Movie Menu:
“Breakfast:” Egg, black truffle, house bacon, toast and maple syrup
“Meatloaf #1:” Foie gras terrine, house pickled vegetables, pistachio and cranberry mustard
“Meatloaf #2:” Veal, Kennebec potato, local collards and potlikker gravy
"Chinese Turkey:” Certified all-natural duck, orange, ginger, Bluegrass Soy Sauce and jasmine rice
"Christmas Cookies:" Ice cream sandwich, banana, toffee, white chocolate dulce de leche and raspberry powder
