LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Jefferson County students are headed back to school, and one church in southwest Louisville is helping make sure kids have everything they need for the new school year.
New Birth Ministry Center on Linda Lane in Shively is holding a back to school bash on Sunday from 8:25 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The church will be giving away free backpacks, crayons, paper, pens, folders, and host of other things to prepare youth for their first day of school.
