The Parklands of Floyds Fork and Metro Councilmen Jerry Miller invite our community members, neighbors, and friends to join us to help with spring cleaning on Floyds Fork creek. We will meet at the PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP Pavilion in Beckley Creek Park at 10am for a welcome and to kick-off . Participants will be asked to sign waivers and will receive a detailed map and shuttling information, as well as pick up their gloves, bags, and water.

We encourage participants to bring their own canoes or kayaks if they’d like to navigate the Fork by boat. For those who do not have a boat or do not wish to paddle, there will be opportunities to walk the banks of the fork, clean up around William F. Miles Lakes, or clean up around Beckley Creek.

This event is rain or shine. Cancellation may occur in the case of lightning or unsafe water conditions. Thanks to District 19, Brightside and Big O Tires for helping us with this event!
