LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- You have a chance to help a child prepare for school at the 2nd Annual Supply a Dream Give-a-Way Block Party.
The event is coordinated by Red Carpet Events in partnership with Black Butterfly, Kickoff 4 Kids Foundation, McDonald's and the Deion Branch Foundation.
Disney princess Tiana from Princess and the Frog will be a special guest. There will also be a special performance by BET 106&Park All Star-Wild Out Complex Collaboration Wednesday winners.
The event is on Saturday, August 18 from 11a.m.-3 p.m at McDonalds located at 6214 Old Shepherdsville Road.
