Louisville, Ky. (WHAS)--The Derby City Film Festival is Kentucky's largest independent international film festival and submissions are now being accepted.
You can mail the DVD to 228 Delmont Ave., Louisville, Ky., 40206. Submissions must be postmarked by Nov. 1 and must be in the hands of the festival by Nov. 15. The festival runs Feb. 18 through Feb. 20, 2011.
