LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) - - The transformation is complete for an old building on South Floyd Street in downtown Louisville.
The Nucleus' I-Hub opened Tuesday at South Floyd St. and Market Street.
It's renovated into a working space for people who can't afford a full office of their own.
University of Louisville President James Ramsey, Ky. Governor Steve Beshear (D), Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer (D) and United States Congressman John Yarmuth (D) came out for the opening.
I-Hub spaces cost $80 a month to rent.
