(WHAS11)- Harrison Co. Sheriff Mike Deatrick is ranked the 33 in the list called Worst Boss in America.
The organization eBossWatch asked employees to anonymous rank the sheriff this year.
The rating follows Deatrick's grand jury's indictment in April.
That is when he was charged with sexual battery, insurance fraud and obstruction of justice.
He is also accused of sexually harassing two female dispatchers.
He settled a civil lawsuit with them last year.
His term ends next month.
