Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - Guns and Hoses, a football game to honor fallen police officers and firefighters, is expected to raise thousands of dollars.

The game took place August 16 in Oldham County, and it raises money for police and firefighter memorials that are located on the Oldham County courthouse lawn.

Money raised at the game also goes to the group Supporting Heroes, which assists families of public servants who were killed in the line of duty.
