Monster grilled cheese

Ingredients
Two slices of herb focaccia bread (the bread featured in video came from Lotsa Pasta)
Two slices of American cheese
2 ounces of boursin cheese
1 ounce honey
Butter

Cut the bread into 1 inch slices. Toast the bread until golden brown. Layer with cheese and cook in skillet until melted. Drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
