ATLANTA, Ga. (WHAS11) -- They've come from all over the Commonwealth and the Hoosier state, some from across the United States for that matter, for Indiana and Kentucky round two.
"It's going to happen, that's what I think. Everybody can say what they want to say, we're going to do it," one Hoosiers fan said.
And if you ask a Cats fan: "I think Kentucky is going to beat them by 20 points."
IU fan Dennis Long and his daughter, Allison, are originally from Charlestown, Ind. and now live in Charlotte.
"I'm so glad they went through ATL. Usually they'd be sent out west somewhere. Great experience to be able to come to the game," Dennis Long said.
Keith Gabbard is in Georgia with his family all the way from Ohio. They're rooting on the Cats and keeping a family tradition alive
"We said if Kentucky makes the sweet 16 we're going to come and watch them. We've been doing it ever since," Gabbard said.
Both groups hoping their team's rich traditions grow with a win Friday night.
