MORGAN COUNTY, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Now to that happy ending we promised, a dog you met here on WHAS11 now has a new home!
Morgan was found in Morgan County, Ky. she was apparently tied up and left outside after the owner moved away...she was emaciated when she came to the Kentucky Humane society.
Morgan was cared for by a foster family and on Thursday she was adopted.

The Ormand family, with two children, have now adopted Morgan and yes the foster family, the Sivori's, who have a 13-year-old daughter get visitation rights!
