LOUISVILLE, Ky. (The Louisville Zoo) – The “Dinosaurs!” have returned to the Louisville Zoo.
A semi truck carrying 12 dinosaur species arrived at the zoo Monday – including the 18 foot Tyrannosaurus.
Dinosaurs! the exhibit is set to open March 31 and will include 12 different dinos from five continents: Alioramus, Orithomimus, Deltadromes, Suchomimus, Compsognathus, Megalosaurus, Amargasaurus, Edmontosaurs, Triceratops, Pachycephalosaurus, Coelphysis and, of course, the ever-popular T-Rex.
A special attraction fee of $5 applies in addition to regular zoo admission and $4 for Louisville Zoo members. Children age 2 and under are free. Groups of 15 or more may call (502) 238-5348 in advance for group discounts.
The exhibit runs through July 31.
