(WHAS11) -- It's money back and now a satisfied customer from a consumer watch dispute with a flooring company.

Sue Lerding paid $2,630 for a carpet that was not up to her standards. Lerding also said that the carpet she selected in the store is not the one that showed up at her house.

After working for months to solve her carpet problem with Conner Floor Covering. Lerding called the WHAS11 consumer line. She claimed the company was only offering a 50 percent reimbursement.

The problem is the two sides were no longer talking. Lerding said that the store stopped returning her calls. When we contacted the company they said Lerding wouldn't let them in her home. After calls to both parties and the manufacturer. Lerding left WHAS11’s Andy Treinen this message:

“Andy this is Ms.Sue Lerding. I had a problem with Conner Floor Covering, the carpet that crunched. I am happy to report I have been completely paid for that all the money, and the carpet is out"

If you have a consumer tip for Andy send him an email to consumerwatch@whas11.com.
