(News Release) -- On Tuesday morning, Congressman John Yarmuth (KY-3) joined students at Byck Elementary School to help lead his second annual "Holiday Cards for the Homeless" project.
Yarmuth and the students at Byck and four other elementary schools from the community worked together to create greeting cards for hundreds of men, women, and children who will spend this season in shelters.
Participating schools include Indian Trail Elementary, Brown School, John F. Kennedy Montessori Elementary, and Notre Dame Academy.
The Coalition for the Homeless is also partnering on the project.
