LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- High water on the Ohio River has caused organizers to cancel the Easter cruise on the Belle of Louisville. The high water has caused the Belle not to be able to cruise. The Belle just recently returned from her mandatory five-year Coast Guard dry dock inspection and was put back on the Louisville side of the river. The folks at the Belle say the boat and the Spirit of Jefferson remain ready for the cruising season the moment Mother Nature eases up on the river.
