Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - In Louisville, the beginning and end of summer is a time to work out.
There will be plenty of sunshine the morning of Labor Day for the mayor’s annual Hike, Bike and Paddle down at Waterfront Park.
The event brings thousands of people downtown every year to promote a healthy lifestyle.
-- Yoga and Tai Chi at 8 a.m.
-- Hiking, Biking and Boating at 10 a.m.
Cyclists will go on a 15 mile course from waterfront park to Iroquois Park.
There'll be a three mile paddling course, and walkers will go on a three mile route south through downtown to the main library.
All events are free and open to the public.
