LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- Registration is under way to participate in the second Ali Shuffle on April 13 in Louisville, the hometown of boxing great Muhammad Ali. Participants will cover 10 kilometers from western Louisville to the Ali Center downtown.
The event is sponsored by the Muhammad Ali Institute for Peace and Justice at the University of Louisville.
The Ali Shuffle funds international travel for the institute's Muhammad Ali Scholars Program. Ali Scholars learn peace-building techniques to apply at home and around the world.
Registration rates are $20 for the general public and $15 for students.
