Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - Music filled the air at Central Park as the AMPED music program came to a musical end.
Camp participants ended the week with a concert and plays program, perfoming songs they wrote in the program.
The event in old Louisville included music acts, a magician and an opening for Shakespeare in the Park.
This was the first year for the program AMPED, the Academy of Music Production for Education and Development.
For a month, kids met three times a week to learn about music and the arts.
