Grilling is as much an American pastime as baseball. During peak outdoor dining months, more than half of grill owners use their grills at least once a week, according to the Hearth, Patio and Barbeque Association’s 2012 State of the Barbecue Industry Report.

Innovations in gas, electric and charcoal grills, as well as smokers, ensure there is a grill for everyone – from the master chef to the minimalist.
