SALEM, Ind. (WHAS11) -- It time again for the 22nd Annual Maple Syrup Festival at Leane and Michael's Sugarbush Farm in Southern Indiana!
The festival runs two weekends: Feb. 23 & 24 and March 2 & 3, from 9 a.m.to 5 p.m.
During the festival tours will be given three times a day and are for adults and children over 8 years of age. The tours will run at 10 AM, 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM. The cost will be $10 for adults and $5 for under 18. Each tour will be limited to 10 people. Registration is required and can be done prior to the festival or at the festival.
More than 50 craft vendors are scheduled to attend this year, demonstrating and selling items from homemade bread to silverware jewelry to hand woven rugs.
As always, our festival has no parking fee, no entry fee and many of the activities are free also. It is a great festival for families, for those with cabin fever after a long winter and for those who love maple syrup.
