LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) - Louisville magazine and the Louisville Crashers are teaming up to put on the hottest Thanksgiving Eve party called the 'Crash Bash.'
The event is more than just a good time - it also benefits low income children.
There is a nonprofit that helps put food on the table for school children who qualify for free lunches at school but who do not have much food at home.
Tim Root, a board member with 'Blessings in a Backpack,' joins WHAS11’s Jonny Archer in the studio.
The 'Crash Bash' is Wednesday night, November 23 at the Ice House on Main Street. Tickets are $10 with a backpack donation, or $15 without.
You can get those tickets at any Mom's Music location or at the door.
You must be 21 or older to attend.
