CLERMONT, Ky. (WHAS11)- Bullitt Co. is approving a plan for Jim Beam to expand its corporate technical center in Clermont.
Beam sought to rezone two acres off state Highway 245 from agricultural to industrial so it could build a second corporate building.
The company says the new building could become its corporate research and development center.
Jim Beam says it is designing the building. No date has been set for construction to begin.
