JCPS bus in 4-vehicle crash, Louisville police investigating

Louisville Metro Police Department spokesperson Aaron Ellis said shortly before 3 p.m. officers received a call about a vehicle collision on Shepherdsville Road.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Jefferson County Public School bus crashed with three other vehicles Tuesday according to Louisville police.

Louisville Metro Police Department spokesperson Aaron Ellis said shortly before 3 p.m. officers received a call about a vehicle collision on Shepherdsville Road near Briscoe Lane.

He said the initial investigation showed that four vehicles were involved in a crash, including a JCPS school bus, number 2041. He also said no students were injured.

Ellis said they called EMS for the other drivers, but there have been no updates on how they are doing or if they were transported to the hospital.
