LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- Floodwaters have receded enough that Kentucky Transportation Cabinet crews will be able to reopen one lane of the I-64W exit ramp. That ramp leads to Third Street/River Road.

KYTC says crews are currently cleaning up debris from the road. They plan to reopen the lane by 5:30 p.m. Motorists will only have access to Third Street into downtown Louisville. River Road remains flooded, according to KYTC.

The other lane on this exit ramp is expected to reopen sometime on Friday.
