Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - Minor traffic disruptions have been reported as a result of the flooding happening downtown near River Road.
The river rose up a little too high in the area around the KFC Yum! Center. The area near 5th Street has been blocked off until the street is no longer flooded.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area and to expect delays as possible road closures and detours are put in place.
