FRANKFORT, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A group of House Republicans has filed an ethics complaint against four representatives, including former House Speaker Hoover, after they say they failed to cooperate with a current investigation.
In a release, House Speaker Pro Tempore David Osborne says their cooperation is needed to complete the investigation.
He asks the ethics commission to subpoena anyone and any document the investigators may ask for.
That investigation stems from Hoover's alleged confidential settlement of a sexual harassment complaint.
Hoover has since resigned from his leadership position but remains a representative.
