LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- An LMPD spokesperson confirms a third 15-year-old suspect has been arrested in the Cherokee Triangle shooting that killed Jason Spencer, 30. He was taken into custody without incident on Nov. 9.

This comes hours after a second arrest was made in the shooting. The first suspect was arrested on Nov. 6. All three suspects are 15-years-old.

Spencer was walking with his wife after meeting with family on Nov. 5 at Cherokee Triangle when an altercation started between the teens and the newlywed couple. Shots were fired during the altercation and that is when police say Spencer was fatally wounded and one suspect was injured.
