LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- The suspect who police say caused a collision with a police cruiser is in court this morning.
Glenn Hughes is charged with DUI, assault, and other charges. Hughes is accused of driving drunk and pulling out in front of the patrol car on Algonquin Parkway on Tuesday.
Two metro police officers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Both are expected to be okay.
Hughes was also taken to the hospital and later released. The judge set his bail at 10,000 dollars.
