HARDIN CO., Ky. (WHAS11) – A semi overturned on I-65 north, just north of Elizabethtown, near mile marker 97 on July 12.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said the crash caused significant delays.
The semi had leaked fuel and blocked all three lanes at one point on Friday.
Recovery crews had to upright the semi and clean up the spilled fuel.
As of Friday afternoon, all detours were discontinued as the left and middle lanes had opened to traffic.
