LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Personnel records released to WHAS11 News by Jefferson County Public Schools Monday uncover new details involving a district bus monitor facing charges.
Ramona Pait, the woman charged with choking a special needs student on a JCPS bus, records now show she had a history of disciplinary problems involving other students.
According to her official personnel records, Pait was involved in at least one incident where a student was injured. She was suspended without pay and placed on probation after she scratched a student on the hand and cause the student to bleed.
Pait entered a not guilty plea in court earlier this month on the charges she choking the student.
She has resigned from the district.
