LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS 11)-- Mourners have gathered for the funeral of Kentucky State Representative Dan Johnson.

Johnson killed himself on Dec. 13, a day after he said he wasn't going to step down from office after being accused of molesting a woman when she was 17-years-old.

The mourners on Monday included bikers who drove their motorcycles up the long driveway to Heart of Fire church in Louisville, on Bardstown Road, where Johnson was pastor. A large grass lot in front of the stone church was filling up before the service began. A large U.S. flag and a smaller "Don't Tread On Me" flag fluttered nearby.

Johnson's church was full during the funeral and a cold, light rain fell as mourners filed out of the church.

The funeral procession included about two dozen motorcycles.
