LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- For the first time, the city of Middletown now has its own police department. They will supplement LMPD’s services in the Middletown area.
Louisville Native Ed Blaser has been chosen as the first Chief of the Middletown Police department, and Officer Rob Herman comes from LMPD where he has worked for 22 years.
The city said they are still looking for a third member of the department.
