LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- Thousands of people across the country are coming together Saturday morning for one of the largest national days of service--today is Make a difference day!

WHAS11 partnered with the Dare to Care Food Bank for this day. We hope you get involved in a community service project as well.

WHAS11 staff and other volunteers were able to pack 2,250 backpacks for those who need the food.
