LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- A member of the Kentucky Election Integrity Task Force said he will look into claims connected to the UofL Board of Trustees chair.

Larry Benz has denied any wrongdoing saying he was in the process of gaining Florida residency but backed away this spring.

The Trustees chair admits to voting in the 2016 Florida Republican Primary and having voted for years before in Kentucky.

He is registered to vote in Kentucky.

On Tuesday morning, Oct. 18, the Kentucky Election integrity Task Force bought up the allegations made by former trustee Ron Butt who accused Benz of potential voter fraud.

An investigator says he will look into the allegations.
