The Avon Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Richard Joseph Chittester.
Chittester was missing from Avon, Indiana which is 18 miles west of Indianapolis and was last seen on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 4:45 pm. He was believed to be in extreme danger.
