LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- A national farm supply chain is facing a large fine for alleged safety violations at a Southern Indiana warehouse.

State OSHA investigators have fined Rural King 14,000 dollars for seven safety violations at its Jeffersonville location after an employee filed a complaint.

The agency says six of the seven violations are considered serious and could have resulted in an accident or illness.

The Illinois-based company must either pay the fines or contest the violations.
