BARDSTOWN, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The family of Tommy Ballard and Crystal Rogers will be heading to Frankfort on Wednesday to ask for help in solving their cases.
The Bardstown family said they will speak before lawmakers in hopes of securing more resources for the investigation.
Rogers disappeared in July 2015. Her father, Tommy Ballard, was shot and killed during a hunting trip in 2016.
