LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville woman released on Home Incarceration after being charged with murder is back in jail tonight.

Brenda Porter,56, is accused of killing her boyfriend, 69-year-old David Burch, in January. David Burch,69, was found wrapped in blankets in the backyard of his home on Wellbrooke Road near Assumption High School.
