15th District PTA stands with JCPS on state takeover

The 15th District PTA said they are standing with JCPS against a state takeover.

LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) – The Parent Teacher Association for the 15th District released a statement on April 24 regarding the possibility of the state taking over JCPS.

The PTA said JCPS has shown it is willing to make changes that will help improve the school system and a state takeover would only hurt the momentum of change in the district. The PTA also said it would “silence the input of community stake holders.”
